Departure for the palm grove of Skora and its beautiful kasbahs. After Kelaa M’gouna and the Valley of Roses, the track to Boutaghar crosses small Berber villages and rocky plateaus where troglodyte nomads live. In Ait Youl, the road runs along colorful and surprising rock formations to the Dades Gorge.

From Boumalne, crossing the Jebel Saghro, a wild volcanic massif and place of nomadization of the Ait Atta shepherd tribe. Arrival in N’Kob, the city of 45 kasbahs, for dinner and overnight.

From Tansikht, you follow the Draa lined with palm trees, oases and adobe villages. Visit to the Tissergate ksar which presents local arts and traditions as well as typical architecture. Then arrival in Zagora famous for its panel “Timbuktu 52 days”.

Departure for Tamgroute and its remarkable Koranic library. Then towards M’Hamid, the desert approaches. Continuation by the track through the Erg Lehoudi and the Oum Laâleg oasis. Picnic in the desert then camel ride to reach the camp at the foot of the great dunes of Chigaga. Dinner and night in a Berber tent.

Return to the Dra valley to visit Tamnougalte, a former caravan stopover and magnificent adobe village. Lunch with a panoramic view of the palm grove and the kasbah before joining Agdz and its typical market. From there, there are lunar and bare landscapes with strange rock formations of the Tizi n’Tinififft pass. Arrival in Ouarzazate at the end of the day.
