Departure by 4×4 for the M’Semrir gorges via the Skora palm grove, Kelaa M’gouna and the valley of roses. From there, the Boutaghar track crosses small Berber villages and rocky plateaus where troglodyte nomads live. In Ait Youl, the road runs past kasbahs, gardens and colorful rock formations to the Dadès gorges. After a walk, you follow the Grand Atlas trail to arrive at the village of M’Semrir at an altitude of 2020m. Dinner and night with nomads (or in a typical inn if you prefer).

The next day, you follow the trail of the Ait Moghrad Berber nomads and their herds. The landscapes are magnificent towards Tamtatoucht and the Toghra gorges. Then in Tineghir, visit the town with its Jewish quarter with traditional architecture and its palm grove. Return to Ouarzazate via Boumalne and Kelaa M’Gouna.
